Angels in Our Midst
Through our association with Children's Charities we have come to know and follow several brave children fighting battles most of us could never imagine.
On this page we would like to pay tribute to such heroes who have earned their angel's wings and left an indelible mark on the world.
Their stories will inspire you to, "Care about, share about, and love throughout".
Gabby
Gabby was a precious 5 year old, who was diagnosed with an aggressive, malignant, brain tumor on June 8, 2011. She courageously went through treatments and hospitalizations with the loving support of her parents, sisters, and extended family. Sadly, on September 11, 2011, Gabby lost her fight. Visit Gabby's website and Facebook page to learn more about what you can do to help her family fight Childhood Cancer! Her family asks you to "Always Believe in Gabby".
Ethan Jostad

Last summer we received a FB post from The B+ Foundation asking for prayer for a little boy named Ethan Jostad. His beautiful smile captured our hearts immediately. The post shared a link to his caringbridge website where we read his story and followed him and his family on their journey. Ethan was diagnosed with Stage IV Alveolar Rhabodomyosarcoma (ARMS) on August 6, 2009. He underwent treatment in Portland, Oregon and Manhattan, New York. His parents diligently saught the best treatment options all throughout his illness. His family never left his side. On August 8, 2011 Ethan earned his Angel’s wings, but he is still changing lives all over the world. The Ethan Jostad Foundation was formed by his family . Ethan’s Army receives donations of toys which are distributed to children who are ill. They bring smiles and relief from the long hours spent in treatment and hospital rooms. They also are determined to raise money to aid in Cancer Research so that in the future, no child will ever receive the diagnosis that Ethan did. Ethan’s Army are warriors determined to fight childhood cancer with every weapon they have and to make the world a safer place for children and their families. We invite you to join Ethan’s Army:
